Cassi J’s is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our growing team. This position supports various construction and site prep tasks and is ideal for individuals who take pride in working with their hands and contributing to high-quality projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with loading/unloading materials

• Cleaning and preparing job sites

• Operating hand and power tools

• Supporting skilled trades as needed

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Previous construction experience is a plus but not required

Minimum Starting Pay: $11.00 per hour
