As the Managing Director and Owner of Cassi J's LLC, Issac A. Jerrell brings over two decades of experience in construction, property maintenance, and project management. His qualifications and expertise include:

• Extensive Skillset: Proficient in plumbing, electrical maintenance, flooring installations, bathroom renovations, and landscaping.

• Project Management Expertise: Successfully leading construction and maintenance projects, including a 100,000-square-foot car dealership and a custom 40x20 deck with a cowboy pool.

• Professional Certifications: TECO Registered Electrician Apprentice (2024) and OSHA Safety Certification (2005-Present).

• Diverse Industry Experience: Includes roles as a heavy equipment operator for the City of Austin, a security professional, and a correctional officer, showcasing a well-rounded understanding of operational efficiency and safety compliance.
